These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Texas Filet Mignon store and your purchases from us. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including where a pricing or product error has occurred.
Shipping Schedule (Perishable Goods)
Our products are perishable and ship frozen on dry ice. To protect quality, we ship Monday through Wednesday only and do not ship Thursday through Sunday. This prevents your box from sitting in a carrier's facility over the weekend, when deliveries pause and the cold chain can be at risk. Orders placed later in the week are dispatched on the next available shipping day. Please ensure someone can receive and refrigerate or freeze your order promptly on arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Because we sell perishable food, we generally cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, contact us promptly with your order number and photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, your selected box ships on a recurring schedule and your payment method is charged automatically each cycle. You can skip a delivery or cancel at any time from your account before the next order is processed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Filet Mignon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order at the time it is placed.
