How is my order shipped?
Every box ships in an insulated cooler packed with dry ice, via a fast 1–2 day carrier. Your filets leave our butcher frozen solid and stay that way to your door.
Will it ship to where I live?
Right now we ship frozen by UPS from Washington, Texas, to the states we can reach within 2 days: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. We don't ship outside that zone yet, but we're working on it. Not sure if you're in range? Just add your shipping address at checkout and we'll instantly confirm whether we can deliver to you, before you pay anything.
Which days do you ship, and when will it arrive?
We ship Monday through Wednesday only — never Thursday through Sunday — so your perishable box is never stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. Most orders arrive within 1–2 days of shipping.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
No problem. The insulated packaging and dry ice keep everything frozen for hours after delivery, so a box left on the porch is fine until you can bring it in. Just get it into the freezer the same day.
How do I thaw and store the filets?
Thaw in the fridge for 24–36 hours before cooking — never in the microwave. Cuts that are still cold and firm can be refrozen safely. See our How to Cook guide for the full method.
Can I cancel or skip a subscription?
Yes — anytime, right from your account. Skip a shipment, change your box size, or cancel with no fees and no phone calls. A one-time box has no commitment at all.
